Detailed Description
One of the very few 100% rye northern American whiskies, Lot 40 is a rich Canadian Rye.

Lot No. 40 Canadian Whisky is made from a mash of 90% Canadian rye grains and 10% malted barley. The grains are mashed and fermented, before being distilled through copper-pot stills and matured in premium, white oak casks. The whisky has an aroma of sour rye bread, earthy minerals and nutmeg.

This piece really did switch the light on for me as far as this particular subject matter goes. But there is one issue I am not really too comfy with and while I make an effort to reconcile that with the core idea of your issue, permit me see what the rest of your readers have to say.Well done.
